This Kirkland home, recently purchased to be this family's forever home, was desperately in need of a refresh to better fit their needs—and thanks to Design+Build
NW, it received a major glow-up. A full kitchen and primary bath remodel, along with
striking new railings, gave the home a bold architectural style and modern flair.
The kitchen now features a sleek, minimalist aesthetic designed to feel bright and open.
Matte black fixtures provide a crisp, contemporary contrast, while the walk-in pantry and
expansive counter space bring serious functionality to the space.
The primary bath was transformed into a spa-like retreat, with luxurious finishes and
calming neutral tones. A dramatic herringbone tile adds a layer of sophistication and
visual depth.
Overall, the remodel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and
