Our interior design team faced an exciting challenge with this unique home build project. Walking into this 1979 tri-level Pacific Northwest home was like stepping back in time. With its low ceilings, sunken living room, and compartmentalized floor plan, the space was crying out for a modern transformation.

While the home's interior design was dated, the location was perfect - nestled close to the lake with convenient amenities nearby. The homeowners recognized the potential, dreaming of transforming this vintage space into a modern farmhouse through expert design and home renovation.

They partnered with our interior design company to reimagine these design spaces. Through our comprehensive design build approach, we developed a floor plan that would honor their dream of a contemporary farmhouse while maximizing the home's potential.
